Applications can be submitted at any time; and you should expect to receive a response within two weeks of submission of your application and supervisor/convenor approval.
Retrospective applications will not normally be considered and the grant does not cover normal subsistence (food and drink).
Expenses must be claimed within 3 months of being incurred.
